Returns

The stock is dynamic and we do not completely manage it due to the fact that multiple parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. Stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. You may not receive your purchase after it has been placed.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days from the date of purchase.

You are able to return a product in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition as when you received it. The item should be in the original packaging.
